Current Marquette University junior men's soccer player Anthony Colaizzi was recently recognized for his stellar prep career at Warren Township High School. Last week, the MU midfielder was named to the Pioneer Press All-Lake Shore All-Decade men's soccer "dream team."

Colaizzi was the third-ranked soccer player in the area to play between 2000 and 2009, according to the publication. He was the Illinois state Player of the Year and was named an NSCAA All-American following his senior season in which he scored 25 goals and had 20 assists for Warren Township.
