Jesuit Basketball Spotlight Website

Wednesday's matchup between Marquette and Georgetown has been promoted by the Jesuit Basketball Spotlight, which highlights games between schools that share a common Jesuit mission and identity. Combined, the 28 Jesuit schools throughout the United States provide an education for nearly 200,000 students steeped in the traditions of academic excellence, faith, ethical leadership and service to others.

In 2008-09, the Golden Eagles finished second in the nation to Xavier in the final overall standings.
