The latest edition of the weekly men's basketball radio show recaps recent victories over UConn and Providence.  Members of the team also share their thoughts on the squad's four seniors, who will be honored Wednesday night.

Junior Cagougan's recent performance -- including his 10 point, 10 assist, 6 rebound game on Sunday -- has helped elevate Marquette's NCAA Tournament chances over the past two weeks.

Now riding a 3-game winning streak, the Marquette men's basketball team has jumped up a couple of seed lines from last week's NCAA Tournament projections. Here's an updated look at what the experts think about MU's tournament seeding.

Here's a rundown of the promotions to take place at Sunday's game vs. Providence...

- Visit the Verlo Mattress booth by section 203 for a chance to win a Marquette futon, a Buzz Williams autographed media guide or an Al McGuire autographed photo.

- MU window clings will be distributed to all fans after the game, courtesy of Heiser Automotive Group. Window clings can be redeemed for a $15 oil change and more.

The Marquette University women's basketball team will be featured on the latest episode of Inside the BIG EAST. The show will first air Friday, Feb. 25 at 3:30 p.m. on ESPNU.


Inside the BIG EAST is the conference's weekly magazine style show which highlights programs from all 16 BIG EAST schools. The show can be seen on many regional networks as well as ESPNU and SportsNet New York. Replays of the show can be seen locally in southeastern Wisconsin on Sports32 throughout the week.

McMorris, Frozena Featured in Marquette Magazine

This week we received our copies of the Winter 2011 edition of Marquette Magazine in which women's basketball player Tatiyiana McMorris and men's basketball walk-on Rob Frozena were profiled. Both feature stories are also available online.

Read about Tatiyiana's plans to use her Marquette experience to help foster the next generation of Golden Eagles in the piece titled, "Basketbal is her ticket."
