MUTeam Physician Trains for IAU 100K World Cup

Marquette University medical director Dr. Carolyn Smith is a champion ultra marathon runner who recently won the FANS 12-Hour Run in Minnesota. She has over two dozen races under her belt and is currently training for the U.S. 100K Championship in September.

Brooke McEwen of JS Online recently caught up with Dr. Smith to talk about her longevity as an ultra marathon runner and her approach to training.
