Terry Evans, a federal judge with the 7th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Chicago and a former Marquette track athlete, passed away Wednesday at the University of Chicago Hospital. He was 71.
Evans ran track for head coach Bus Shimek at Marquette and
graduated with a bachelor's of arts in 1962. He graduated from Marquette Law
School in 1967.
He is survived by his wife, Joan, daughters Kelly
Evans-Pfeifer and Christine Evans Wise, son David and grandchildren.
A public visitation will be held from 4-8 p.m. Wednesday at
the Feerick Funeral Home, 2025 E. Capitol Drive, Shorewood, Wis.
