The Marquette women's soccer team arrived at Camp Whitcomb Monday afternoon after spending three days in Waupaca, Wis. The team got a break from its on-field soccer training to focus on team bonding with a series of team challenges Wednesday morning. In the video below Megan Jaskowiak and Ashley Stemmeler give an update on training camp and share their thoughts on the team bonding activities.
The Golden Eagles will spend the rest of the week at Camp Whitcomb before returning to Milwaukee to participate in Marquette soccer's fifth annual Fan Fest on Friday, Aug. 12. The team will travel to Madison to play Wisconsin for its lone exhibition game of the season on Saturday, Aug. 13. Marquette officially opens the 2011 season on Friday, Aug. 19 against Western Michigan at Valley Fields at 7:30 p.m.
