On Saturday, Sept. 17, The Marquette golf team traveled to Hawthorn Glen Outdoor Education Center located in Wauwatosa, Wis. Head coach Steve Bailey assigned his players to pick a service trip throughout the season and this week's was Matt Hasse's project.
Over the course of the day, the team was involved with a number of tasks that included eradicating the buckthorn shrub from the grounds of the facility and the removal of an old drainage line that is no longer in use.
