Notes of interest...
- Marquette is 2-0 when wearing the Valour Blue alternates at home: Senior Night 2007-08 vs. Florida Gulf Coast and this season's MLK Day game vs. Louisville.
- The only four losses in the whites occurred against Georgetown ( 2007-08 regular season), Pittsburgh (2008 BIG EAST Tournament), North Carolina State (2009-10) and St. John's (2010-11).
- With a record of three games over .500, Marquette has fared well in the Navy jerseys-- an impressive feat given that these are only worn on the road or in neutral court games.
New Marquette Vice President and Director of Athletics Larry Williams joined The Dennis Krause Show on Sports32 this past week. The interview includes insights on his background and his vision for the department.
