Sports32's January episode of the Terri Mitchell Show on aired on Saturday night prior to the tip between Marquette and Syracuse at the Al McGuire Center.
Host Kareeda Chones-Aguam and the coach talked about the team's solid play heading into BIG EAST play and the importance of Pat Summitt's recent visit with the program. The show also featured well-traveled assistant coach and MU alum Christina Quaye (2003-07), who spent time playing in Greece, Spain, Puerto Rico and Germany before coming back to her alma mater. Freshman Brooklyn Pumroy was also part of the show, talking about her steep learning curve as a first-year starting point guard.

The MU women host UCONN on Saturday at 3 p.m. - the game can be seen locally on Sports32 and one of eight more televised games on the schedule this season.
