Muscles Used Primary: Infraspinatus, supraspinatus, teres minor, subscapularis
Starting Position Standing with one shoulder into the wall and the other facing out. Relax the arm against the wall and place the other arm at a 90-degree angle.
Description Pull the arm in towards the body.
Spotting Provide resistance on the inside of the hand or wrist. With the other hand, support the exerciser's elbow (keeping the elbow close into the body).
Points To Emphasize 1. Keep the movement slow and controlled.
2. The lifter is always pulling in towards the body.
