Description Begin by pushing feet into platform and moving it up until knees reach full extension. Pause momentarily and then recover to the starting position.
Spotting Be prepared to assist at the movement arm of the machine.
Points To Emphasize 1. Keep feet flat on the platform.
2. Keep back flat and butt down on the seat.
3. Keep head up.
4. Don't allow the bar to hit the bumpers on the way down
