Starting Position Grasp the handles, palms facing each other and upper arms are fully extended. Lift feet off ground, bend the knees and cross the feet at the ankles.
Description Lower the body until upper arms are parallel to the floor. Pause momentarily and push the body straight up until arms are slightly short of full extension.
Spotting Be prepared to assist at the feet, by guiding them upward.
