GoMarquette.com, the official website of Marquette Athletics, has undergone a significant upgrade in preparation for the upcoming 2008-09 campaign, offering Golden Eagle fans exclusive content on each of the program's 14 BIG EAST Conference-affiliated sports.

Along with a newly redesigned home page, GoMarquette.com also now features improved options in Marquette All-Access, podcasting (free), smartphone technology, ringtones and much more.

Marquette All-Access subscriptions, monthly ($9.95) and annual ($79.95), are now available and provide the subscriber a multimedia platform featuring live game broadcasts, game highlights, historical footage, coach/student-athlete interviews and much more. Content already includes highlight videos for several sports from previous seasons and classic Al McGuire footage from the 1970's.

GoMarquette.com's FREE podcasting option works directly with ITunes (Marquette store) and allows the user to download a multimedia file directly to the computer or other media device. MU podcasts will include coach and student-athlete interviews, weekly and postgame press conferences, game highlights and much more.

The smartphone-friendly version of GoMarquette.com is essentially all headline content (recaps and releases) and some associated content (box scores and bios of student-athletes). When a user visits GoMarquette.com from their mobile phone (the front page or any sport page), an auto-detect script will determine what version of the site the user should receive. If a user is coming to GoMarquette.com via a fully-enabled web browser, the mobile device will deliver the fully-enabled version. If the user is not using a fully-enabled web browser on their mobile device, then the device will deliver a smartphone-friendly version.

GoMarquette.com will also feature a redesigned "Marquette Ticket Central," accessible by clicking the tickets tab at the top of the homepage or directly at www.GoMarquette.com/tickets. The new tickets page contains an interactive men's basketball ticket brochure as well as information on ticket packages for women's basketball, women's volleyball and men's and women's soccer.
