MILWAUKEE, Wis. -- With over seven months left before tip-off, all-session tickets are sold out for the 2010 NCAA Division I Men's Basketball Championship First/Second Rounds to be held at the Bradley Center on March 19 and March 21, 2010.
The event, hosted by Marquette University, will feature eight teams and six games in two days of competition. Four first round games will be played on Friday, March 19, with the winners advancing to the second round games on Sunday, March 21. The second round winners will advance to Syracuse, New York; Salt Lake City, Utah; St. Louis, Missouri; or Houston, Texas, for NCAA regional play the following week.
Fans can be placed on a waiting list should tickets become available by contacting the Marquette University ticket office at (414) 288-4668, or by email.
For those fans unsuccessful in acquiring tickets, the NCAA will conduct an open practice day, showcasing all eight teams at the Bradley Center, on Thursday, March 18, 2010. There is no cost to attend open practice day.
Official NCAA-sanctioned ticket and hospitality packages are still available by visiting www.ncaa.com/hospitality or calling 1-800-591-9198. Hospitality packages include pregame and in-game hospitality.
The NCAA reminds fans that purchasing tickets from secondary unauthorized vendors may result in fraudulent purchases. Fans are encouraged to purchase tickets from NCAA member institutions and companies authorized by the NCAA to sell or resell championship tickets.
