Marquette Adds Two Staff Members

Marquette University announced the addition of two staff members to the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics. Dann Tervo is the new ticket manager and Kris Hartz is the new assistant athletic trainer.

Tervo comes to Marquette from the University of Minnesota, where he served as assistant athletic ticket manager for three years. Tervo graduated from Minnesota in 1998 with a degree in sports management. He replaces Andy Henry, who took a position at Robert Morris College.

Hartz has spent the last year working at Waukesha Sports Medicine and Physical Therapy Center. During that time, he was the head athletic trainer for Hartland Arrowhead High School, working with more than 1,000 student-athletes in 21 sports. From 1996-98, he worked with Purdue?s football team while pursuing a master?s degree. As an undergraduate student at Iowa, he worked with all varsity sports prior to earning a bachelor?s degree in 1996. He joins Dave Leigh and Tara Kramer on Marquette?s athletic training staff.
