The Marquette University Department of Intercollegiate Athletics has announced the renewal of its sponsorship agreement with Heartland Funds, extending a valuable partnership which first developed in 2009.

“We are extremely excited to be continuing our relationship with Marquette athletics,” said Dave Ribbens, Head of Distribution for Heartland. “We have been pleased with the results of our partnership with Marquette and we look forward to continuing this support. With 130 years of history in Milwaukee, MU provides a unique platform to engage the entire community, finance students and the arts. Marquette’s participation in the BIG EAST conference links us to a wider audience, including the financial center of the world, New York City, which has helped us widen the reach of our brand.“

“We are pleased to be continuing our relationship with Heartland Funds,” said Mike Broeker, MU’s Acting Athletic Director. “It has been a great partner not only to athletics, but to the entire Marquette community, including its support of the Haggerty Museum. We look forward to building on our relationship for many years to come.”

The agreement was secured by Nelligan Sports Marketing, Marquette University’s long time multi-media and sponsorship rights holder.
