Samantha Austin is in her second year at Marquette serving as the Marketing and Ticketing Assistant. Austin is responsible for helping customers with any questions and purchasing tickets. She also helps with game day operations for the Men and Women's Soccer, Volleyball, and Men and Women's Basketball.

Prior to her current position, Austin assisted with various other departments at Marquette University. In both the summer of 2008 and 2009 she worked as in intern in the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics, where she assisted with fundraisers and reseating for season ticket holders. She also served the Office of the University Architect during the summer of 2008 and as a student worker in the Office of Finance during the 2006-07 academic year.

Austin worked at the 2009 Women's Final Four in St. Louis, Mo., and has served in leadership Tri-Sigma Sorority and Sports Management Club. She earned her Bachelor's degree in sports management in May 2010 from Lynn University.
