Aaron Baker is in his eighth year at Marquette University and currently serves as Assistant Athletic Director for Facilities and Event Management. In his role, he assists with game management for all sports and serves as the direct contact for women's basketball games played at the Al McGuire Center. Aaron is the sport administrator for the Marquette track and field and cross country programs and also oversees the event management student work force.

Baker has served a lead role in several NCAA and BIG EAST Conference tournaments and championships including acting as the Assistant Tournament Manager for the 2010 NCAA Division I Men's Basketball Championship - First & Second Rounds in Milwaukee. He also oversaw NCAA Division I women's soccer and men's hockey championships in addition to BIG EAST Championships in cross country and women's soccer and volleyball.

He served as the Coordinator of Facilities and Event Managementfor three years before assuming his current role in July 2007. Baker began his career at Marquette as an intern in the marketing department in July 2002 and he returned in 2004 after a year as a ticket manager and promotions coordinator at the University of California-Bakersfield. While attending graduate school at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, he worked as the Community Relations Director for the Lacrosse Night Train, a member of the National Indoor Football League.

A native of Montana, Baker received a Bachelor of Science in Applied Health Science from the University of Montana in 2000 and Masters of Science in Sports Management from the UW-La Crosse in 2003.

Baker and his wife Billie, have a son, Tyson (4) and a daughter Ava (1).
