Contact Brian Bowsher Brian Bowsher is in his fifth year at Marquette, and in his third as Director of Marketing & Sales. In this role, Bowsher leads Marquette's outbound sales staff, directs men's basketball gameday entertainment at the Bradley Center and advises the official student group, the Marquette SuperFans. He is also responsible for digital marketing - creating and distributing ticket sales content online, leading the department's social media strategy and managing MU's customer database in Archtics. While at Marquette, Bowsher has helped Marquette men's basketball achieve program records for most season tickets sold, most mini-plans sold, most single-game group tickets sold and greatest single-game revenue generated. Bowsher has also been honored by the National Association of Collegiate Marketing Administrators (NACMA) in the categories of Season Ticket Sales Campaign and Ticket Sales Piece. Bowsher came to Marquette in July 2007 as a Marketing Assistant, serving as an outbound ticket sales representative and primary marketing contact for men's and women's soccer. He was promoted to Assistant Director of Marketing & Sales in January 2008. Prior to MU, Bowsher volunteered with the Xavier University athletics department, assisting the Associate AD: Business with internal operations and the athletics marketing department with student promotions and men's and women's basketball game management. Bowsher also served as Sports Editor and Editor-in-Chief & Publisher of the university's official student newspaper, the Xavier Newswire, and interned with the Syracuse SkyChiefs of the AAA International League. A 2007 graduate of Xavier University, Bowsher also earned an MBA from Marquette University in May 2011. |
