Brian Morgan enters his third season with Marquette University in the position of Assistant Athletic Director, Ticket Sales and Strategy. In his position, Morgan oversees the ticket office and is responsible for all facets of ticket sales to Marquette University athletic events and for implementing a plan and strategies for these events.
Morgan owns a wealth of intercollegiate experience. Prior to Marquette, he spend 12 years at UWM, most recently serving as the Assistant Athletics Director, Fan Experience. With UWM, Morgan directly supervised the marketing, ticket sales, ticket and event operations departments and had oversight of UWM's spirit squads, mascot, community relations efforts and was the liaison for concessions and security personnel.
Morgan began his professional career with the Milwaukee Brewers, working as a Corporate Partner Services and Entertainment Intern. With the team, Morgan assisted with in-game promotions and contests, and organized numerous camps run by the club. Morgan also spent time as a student aide in the athletic office at UW-La Crosse, and was an intern for the Golf Foundation of Wisconsin, responsible for coordinating The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel Junior Tournament, the largest junior golf tournament in the state.
Morgan graduated with honors from UW-La Crosse in 2003 with a bachelor's degree in sports management and a minor in business administration.
Morgan and his wife, Shannon, have three daughters -- Marissa, Melanie, Mackenzie, and a son, Mason.
