Laura Spieth joins Marquette for her first year in the role of Marketing and Fan Engagement Assistant. Prior to Marquette, Spieth worked as a marketing and fan engagement assistant for Ball State. In this position, Spieth was responsible for creating and implementing marketing plans for Ball State Athletics and overseeing all aspects of the student rewards program in addition to the student volunteer and mascot programs.
Spieth also spent time as a marketing assistant at the University of Florida and as a manager of fan development for Butler. She earned her master of arts in sports administration from Ball State in 2017 and received bachelor’s degrees in Recording Industries Studies and Criminology from Butler University in 2013.
