The 2012-13 season will mark the second for Erin Wright with the Marquette women's basketball program, where she serves as Executive Assistant.
Wright helps manage the day-to-day operations of the office and her duties include assisting with scheduling, coordinating special events and organizing travel needs.
Prior to moving to the Al McGuire Center, Wright worked as an office assistant in the University's Office of the Vice President of Student Affairs for one year. She also worked for three years (2006-09) in a similar capacity with the women's basketball program at Saint Louis University.
A 1996 graduate of Stonehill College in North Easton, Massachusetts, with a bachelor's in psychology, Wright owns over 10 years of experience at the collegiate level. She has worked as both a coach and an administrator.
Wright was an assistant women's basketball coach at American International College (1996-97), Vermont (1997-98) and Vanderbilt (1998-00), She then moved into an operations position with the Commodores for two campaigns before moving to Ohio State in the same capacity from 2003-05.
Wright and her husband, Mark, have one daughter, Marin (5). Mark is the Managing Director of Development (Athletics) at Marquette.
