Greetings Fellow MU Letterwinners!

Welcome to the Marquette University "M" Club webpage. The purpose of this page is to keep you informed of all "M" Club activities and assist you in communicating with us and your fellow members.

How do you join the "M" Club? You are automatically a member if you earned a varsity letter while competing for Marquette and your class has graduated. The primary mission of the "M" Club is to provide support for Marquette Athletics and to encourage camaraderie among its alumni letterwinners. To accomplish this, we host several fundraising and social events each year.

Our main fundraising event is the "M" Club golf outing, which will be held this year (2008) for the 27th consecutive year. Ours is the longest running golf outing for any of the MU alumni organizations. To date, this event has generated over $576,000 for Marquette Athletics.

We also oversee the Marquette University Athletic Hall of Fame induction and dinner. In addition, each year we honor an individual with the Hy Popuch Award for dedicated service to the "M" Club and Marquette Athletics. Finally, each year we plan several opportunities for our members to get together including, our summer picnic, soccer tailgate, and women's basketball social.

We are looking forward to growing the participation of all our alumni letterwinners in the "M" Club. Our board and its committees are always in need of volunteers to assist us in planning and running our events.
