Meryl Franke is in her seventh year at Marquette University as a Learning Specialist. In her role, Franke provides student-athletes with strategies and skills needed to achieve academic success.

Prior to MU, Meryl taught in the Menomonee Falls (Wis.) School District. She earned a Bachelor of Science in education from Northern Illinois University and a Master of Science in education from Cardinal Stritch University.

Meryl resides in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin with her husband, Wayne.They have two daughters, Beth (Kimmel) and Sara.
