Associate Athletic Director for Compliance Danielle Josetti is in her 10th year on the Marquette athletics staff and oversees MU's student-athletes, athletics staff and boosters to ensure they follow NCAA guidelines.

In her role with the Golden Eagles, she also serves as the sport administrator for the volleyball, men's lacrosse, and women's lacrosse programs, and has served on several university and BIG EAST Conference committees during her tenure.

She serves as an NCAA Peer Reviewer for Athletic Certification and is also a member of the National Association of Collegiate Women Athletic Administrators and National Association for Athletics Compliance. Josetti is a member of National Association for Athletics Compliance in which she is a member of the organization's Forecasting Committee. She also serves on several campus-wide committees.

Prior to Marquette, Josetti worked at her alma mater, Creighton University, as a Compliance Coordinator and External Operations Assistant. From 1997 until 2001, she served a dual role as assistant softball coach and assistant compliance coordinator.

A member of the Creighton softball team from 1995-1997, Josetti (formerly Fitzgerald) was a 1995 Academic All-Conference Team Honorable Mention selection. She still ranks among the program's top-10 career leaders in sacrifice hits and stolen bases and topped the roster in sacrifice hits in 1995 and 1996. She also owns a spot in the single-season stolen bases category.

Josetti earned a bachelor of arts in journalism from Creighton in 1997. Prior to her enrollment at Creighton, Josetti attended Clackamas Community College in Oregon City, Oregon for a year. While there she was a member of the softball team where she still holds the single season steals record with 35. Josetti was the first softball player inducted into Clackamas' Hall of Fame in June of 2012.

Josetti has finished her coursework for her masters in sports leadership from Marquette University, and is expected to receive her degree at the completion of a capstone project in May of 2013. She resides in New Berlin, Wis. with her husband, Jake, and daughters Payton (4) and Lauren (3).
