Maureen Lewis is in her tenth year at Marquette University as an Academic Advisor. In her role, Lewis is the student programs coordinator where she develops and transitions student-athletes to college academics, athletics and lifestyle. She is a NCAA Life Skills advisor where leads workshops in the areas of leadership, diversity, time management, academic success, and transition to workplace. Lewis also manages the academic support center by hiring and scheduling tutors, coordinating exam schedules and travel commitments for athletes, and maintaining academic resources.

Prior to MU, Maureen worked with William Eisner & Associates and Versant advertising agencies. Lewis earned a bachelor's degree in journalism and advertising. She has also completed her master's degree in counseling.
