Placed fourth in both outdoor 1,500 races at the Oliver Nikoloff Invitational (April 2) and Lee Calhoun Invitational (April 9) in 3:58.53 and 4:00.08, respectively ... Recorded top outdoor 800 time (1:59.04) at the Oliver Nikoloff Invitational and a top 5,000 time of 15:13.66 (sixth place) at the Bryan Clay Invitational (April 15) ... Competed indoors in the mile and 3,000-meter run... Qualified for the 2011 BIG EAST Indoor Championship in the mile, where he recorded a new personal record of 4:14.68 (12th place) in a preliminary heat... Agnew's preliminary time advanced him to finals where he finished 12th in 4:21.32. 2009-10: Ran a 8:27:09 in the outdoor 3,000 for a Marquette freshman record and seventh best time in school history at the Indiana Relays on Jan. 30...Placed fourth in the steeplechase with a time of 9:36.15 at the USF Bulls Invitational on March 19...Ran a 4:17.30 and qualified for the Big East in the mile at the UWM dual meet...Ran a time of 15:24:25 in the outdoor 5,000 at Wisconsin Twilight. High School: Agnew was a eight-time letterwinner, participating in cross country and track and field all four years of his high school career..
