He won both his state championships with a blistering finish and he'll need that leg speed to compete in the ultra-competitive Big East Conference."

Placed fifth in the cross country state meet as a senior and was named the Racine County Runner of the Year by The Journal Times ... Won one sectional (3,200), two conference (800 and 1,600), two regional titles (1,600 and 3,200) as a junior ... Helped Prairie Hawks to a runner-up finish at the state cross country meet as a sophomore and track and field squad to a third-place finish as a junior ... Also lettered one year each in soccer and tennis.
