Claimed silver at the UW-Parkside Classic in high jump for her 1.60 meter jump ... For clearing 1.62 meters, Marchan took third place at the UWM John Tierney Classic ... Came in fourth place two times during her debut season.
Outdoor (Fr.):
Competed in the 100-meter dash, high jump and long jump ... Made the podium at second place at the UWW Drake Alternatives for clearing 1.55 meters (5-1 feet) ... Amassed nine top 10 finishes.

Prior to Marquette:
Lettered in track and field, volleyball and basketball at Wild Rose High School … Led track and field team to three conference and regional championships and one sectional crown … Was a 16-time All-Conference, 12-time All-Regional, 9-time All-Sectional, 10-time All-State honoree … Won four state championships, including as a member of the 4x200-meter relay team that finished in a school-record time of 1:45.95 … Holds the conference record in the high jump (5 feet, 5 inches) and the long jump (17 feet, 1 inch) … Led Volleyball team to back-to-back conference titles as a junior and senior, earning honorable mention and Player of the Year honors, respectively.

Personal: Marchan was born in Oshkosh, Wis. and is the daughter of Tina Marchan and Arturo Marchan … Has five siblings, Karina, Montana, Aspen, Avaya and Zya … Plans to study biomedical sciences.
