Indoor (Fr.): Notched first place in high jump at the BIG EAST Indoor Championships with a leap of 2.15 meters (7-.5 feet), an indoor personal best ... Also won the high jump title at the Wisocnsin SHELL Shocker with a 2.05-meter leap (6-8.75 feet) ... Took second at the 2016 Blue & Gold Invitational with a jump measuring 2.09 meters (6-10.25 feet) ... Placed third at the John Tierney Classic (2.05 meters/6-8.75 feet).
Outdoor (Fr.): Won the BIG EAST Outdoor Championships men's high jump title with a leap of 2.15 meters (7-.5 feet) to qualify for the NCAA Division I West Preliminary Round ... Took first place at the UCF Black and Gold Challenge with a personal-best leap of 2.17 meters (7-1.5 feet) ... Notched second place at both the Illinois Twilight (2 meters/6-6.75 feet) and Wisconsin Alumni Classic (2.11 meters/6-11 feet).
Prior to Marquette: Lettered in track and basketball at Michigan City High School ... Won the state title as a senior with personal-best 7-foot jump and his team tied for second place overall ...
