2011-12: BIG EAST All-Academic Indoor (So.): Homan competed in two events during the indoor season, primarily focusing in on the 400-meter dash ... Set a personal record in the 500 at the Meyo Invitational (Feb. 4) with a time of 1:17.47, placing her seventh all-time at MU ... Led the 4x400 relay team to a 3:52.91 finish at the BIG EAST Indoor Championships .... Ran the 200 and 400 during the outdoor season ... Outdoor (Fr.): Competed at four outdoor meets in the 400, including a 22nd-place finish (57.35 seconds) in the preliminaries at the BIG EAST Outdoor Championships ... Notched an outdoor PR of 56.87, the No. 4 mark all-time at MU in the 400 at the Bryan Clay Invitational (April 15) ... Ran a time of 25.44 seconds in only 200 race of the outdoor season at the Beach Invitational (April 16).
High School: Homan comes to Marquette as a three-year letter winner in track and field at Catholic Central High School where she earned all-conference honors in each of the last two years. In addition to all-conference honors, Homan was named first team all-state and was also named the Racine Journal Times 2009 Athlete of the Year. Holds school records in the 200 meters (25.32 seconds), 400 meters (56.69 seconds) and the 1,600-meter relay (4:05).
