2006-07: Finished sixth with an indoor best 26.67 in the 200 Meters at the Karl Schlender Invitational...placed ninth with a time of 1:02.12 in the 400m at the Notre Dame Invitational, her in door best time...Placed third, crossing the line in 4:12.93 as a member of the 1,600m relay team at the Tadd Metzger Invitational... finished seventh with a time of 28.14 in the 200m at the Wisconsin Lutheran Invitational... Placed 21st with aan outdoor-best 1:01.88 in the 400m at Wisconsin Twilight...Crossed the line in 4:22.52 as a member of the 1,600m relay team at the Wisconsin Lutheran Invitational, for second place....

High School: Kraak earned four letters as a member of the track and cross country teams and helped the Vikings to back-to-back regional championships in 2003 and 2004 ... Kraak was a state qualifier in the 400m in 2004 and finished ninth at the state meet ... Kraak also was a four-time letterwinner as a guard on the basketball team where she was team captain, team MVP and a second team all-conference selection in 2006 ... She earned the WIAA Scholar Athlete Award in 2006.
