2009-10: During the indoor season, ran a personal-best time of 8.21 seconds in the 60-meter dash to finish fifth at the Blue and Gold Invitational...Recorded best finish (fourth) in the 60 at the dual meet vs. Milwaukee...Recorded a top time of 27.29 seconds in the indoor 200 meters...Did not compete during the outdoor campaign.

2008-09: Took second in the 60m at the Blue and Gold Invitational, crossing the finish in 8.45...Also finished the 200m with a season best time of 27.22 at the Blue and Gold Invitational...Ran a season best time of 8.27 in the 60m at the Notre Dame Invitational...Took fifth in the 200m at the Badger Track Classic...Took fourth in the 100m at the MU vs UWM Dual Meet, finishing in 12.96...At the Warrior relays, placed second in the 200m with a time of 26.80.

High School: Mensah was a five-time letterwinner in track and field at Tartan Senior High School...Named track team captain as a junior and senior...Track team MVP in 2006 and part of an all-state relay team in the 4x200m relay in 2004... Holds high school records in the 100m, 200m and 4x200m races...She also earned a letter in basketball and was a three-time letter winner in soccer, where she led the team in scoring and earned all-conference honors as a senior.
