Competed in nine events during the outdoor season and registered five victories, including his second straight BIG EAST Outdoor high jump title with a height of 2.15 meters (7 feet, 0.5 inches) ... Fell shy of qualifying for his fourth-straight NCAA Championships with a mark of 2.12 meters (6 feet, 11.5 inches) at the NCAA West Prelims, narrowly missing on three tries at 2.16 meters (7 feet, 1 inch) that would have advanced him to nationals ... Jumped a season-best and tied his outdoor-best mark in a Marquette uniform with a height of 2.20 meters (7 feet, 2.5 inches) in a victory at the Gibson Invite.

Indoor (So.): In his first meet as a member of Marquette, Ellenson set a personal best and MU record with a season-best height of 2.28 meters (7-5.75) to place first at the Wisconsin Open (Jan. 17) ... Would go on to win three more high jump competitions, clearing 7 feet in each instance on the way to a BIG EAST Indoor title, where he jumped 2.22 meters (7-3.25) at the BIG EAST Indoor Championships (March 1) and was named Most Outstanding Field Athlete by the BIG EAST Conference ... Placed third at NCAA Indoor Championships (March 14) with a height of 2.23 meters (7-3.75) ... Also a member of the Marquette men's basketball team, but did not appear in a game due to NCAA transfer rules.
Outdoor (Jr.): Competed in 10 outdoor meets as a junior ... Opened the season with a second-place finish at the Texas Relays (March 26) with a jump of 2.19 meters (7-2.25) ... Would go on to win a dual against UW-Milwaukee (April 10) with a height of 2.06 meters (6-9) ... Took third at the Drake Relays (April 24) with a height of 2.18 meters (7-1.75) ... Won the Rankin/Poehlein Invite at Purdue (May 2) with a jump of 2.16 meters (7-1) ... Swept the BIG EAST high jump titles with a winning height of 2.11 meters (6-11) at the BIG EAST Outdoor Championships (May 8) ...
