Marquette junior Brianna Dahm recorded a NCAA Provisional mark in the 3,000m with a time of 9:22.07 at the Cyclone Classic in Ames, Iowa Saturday. Her time was good for third place and also established a new school record. The old record was Dahm's own and set during the 2002 season. Dahm participated in the 2002 NCAA Outdoor Championships in the 3,000m Steeplechase.

Sophomore Crystal Andalcio-O'Neil ran a season best in the 200m, finishing 33 out of 62 competitors, she recorded a time of 25.80. Junior Julianna Wesolowski finished with a time of 26.55.

In the men's Triple Jump, sophomore Charles Mashozhera took sixth place with a jump of 49 feet 8 1/2 inches. There were 21 athletes competing in the event.

Marquette will next participate in the UW-Milwaukee Indoor meet on Friday, Feb. 21. That will be the Golden Eagles' last meet before the Conference USA Indoor Championships that begin Friday, Feb. 28 in Houston.
