2009:Ran a time of 15:18.36 at the DePaul Invitational and finished 17th overall to help MU capture first...Finished 26th overall at the Midwest Collegiate Open with a season-best 5K time of 19:07.4...Placed 62nd overall at the BIG EAST Championships with a time of 23:33...Competed at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional and ran a season-best 6K time of 23:14.51.

2008: Among the top five Marquette finishers in every meet in which she competed...Finished seventh overall at the Big River Running Early Bird...Placed 85th at the Notre Dame Invitational...Clocked a season-best time of 22:05.8 at the NCAA Pre-National to finish 120th overall, third on the Golden Eagles...Finished 52nd and 53rd at the BIG EAST Championships and NCAA Great Lakes Regional, respectively.

High School: Beggs lettered all four years as a member of the cross country and track teams ... As a member of the cross country team, Beggs was a three-time all-conference and all-region selection, a two-time all-section and all-state selection, while helping the Hornets to a conference championship in 2005, back-to-back regional championships in 2004 and 2005 and the runner-up spot at the 2004 state championship ... She earned all-conference, all-sectional and all-state honors in 2006 for her performance in the 3200m... Ran a high school best time of 11:03 in the 3,200m... Beggs earned numerous awards and was a National High School Heisman nominee in 2005, a Marine Corp distinguished athlete award winner and was named Lincoln Way East's Female Athlete of the Year in 2006.
