High School: DiVerde was a four-time letter winner in both track and cross country at Prairie Ridge...As a senior, captained his cross country squad and claimed MVP honors....Helped the Wolves to a seventh-place finish at the 2009 IHSA 2A State Meet in cross country, where he recorded his best finish at a state meet (39th place)...An All-Conference cross country selection as a junior and a senior....Placed 11th in the 3,200-meter run at the 2009 State Meet...Recorded personal best marks in the 1,600-meter run (4:30) and the 3,200-meter run (9:29).

Personal: DiVerde is the son of Michael and Monica DiVerde...Has two siblings, Matthew and Madeline...Plans to major in business administration.
