2010-11: Notched the third-fastest time (4:07.38) in the men's indoor mile in Marquette history on March 5 at the Alex Wilson Invitational to win his heat...Competed at the BIG EAST Indoor Track and Field Championships in the mile where he finished fifth to earn the MU men four points with a time of 4:10.56...Won the mile at the dual meet with Milwaukee (Jan. 22) with a time of 4:11.05... Also competed in the 3,000-meter run and set a personal record at the Bill Bergan Invitational (Jan. 29) with a time of 8:25.33... Did not compete during the outdoor campaign...Cross Country:Was the top Marquette, second overall, finisher at the Carthage College Invitational with a 8k time of 27:03...Placed 58th at the BIG EAST Championships with a 8k time of 27:10.2...Ran a 10k time of 33:05.1 at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional.

2009-10: Showed off the skill he displayed in the prep ranks in his first year at MU after an injury-plagued freshman campaign at Loyola (Ill.)...Won the 5,000-meter run in his first meet at MU, the Blue and Gold Invitational on Dec. 4 , in a time of 4:12.54...Bettered that mark at the Meyo Invitational on Feb. 5 with a time of 4:08.97 to rank as the fifth-fastest time in MU history...Ran the 3,000 meters once during the indoor season, placing third at the Badger Quad on Jan. 16 in 8:34.25...During the outdoor season, recorded the eighth-fastest time (3:50.73) in MU history in the 1,500 meters on April 16 at the Mt. SAC Relays...Also recorded a PR on March 26 at the Stanford Invitational in the 5,000 meters with a time of 14:33.88.

2008-09 (At Loyola (Ill.)): Posted season-best time in the mile (4:16.88) at the Meyo Invitational...Took seventh place in the mile at the Horizon League Indoor Championships...Helped the distance medley relay squad to a second place finish at the indoor championships.

High School: Cross country MVP junior year...voted most improved senior...14-time conference champion for track...conference record holder in the mile and 6,400-meter relay and holds school records in the 800-, 1,600-, and 3,200-meter runs, 3,200- and 6,400-meter relays and distance medley relay...1,600 meter state champion as a senior...two-time cross country conference champion...cross country state champion as a senior...track conference champions senior year and placed third at state.
