"Haley had a breakout senior track season where she lowered her 1,600-meter personal best by over 15 seconds. She's hitting her stride at the right time as she prepares to take on some of the nation's best runners in the BIG EAST Conference."

High School: Earned four letters in both track and cross country at Huntley...Captained the cross country and track squads as a junior and senior...Named the cross country MVP as a freshman, junior and senior, and garnered track MVP honors her freshman, sophomore and junior years...A four-time all-conference cross country selection while leading the Red Raiders to the 2009 regional championships...Named to the Northwest Herald Cross Country Second Team every season...Earned all-conference honors in track her first three seasons, and was a state qualifier as a sophomore...Recorded personal bests in the 800 meters (2:26), 1,600-meter run (5:15), 3,200-meter run (11:34) and 3 miles (18:00).

Personal: Loprieno is the daughter of Heidi and Dan Loprieno...Plans to major in public relations...Has two younger siblings, Delaney and Luke.
