2010: Finished 11th overall at the Wisconsin Badger Classic with a 4K time of 14:59.6...Helped MU to a 10th place finish at the BIG EAST Championships by placing 62nd overall...Ran a season-best 6K time of 22:49.7 at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional ...BIG EAST Academic All-Star.
2009: Placed 19th overall (15:23.65) at the DePaul Invitational to help MU finish first...Helped MU finish in third place by running a season-best 5K time of 19:16.8 at the Midwest Collegiate Open, good enough for 27th overall...Competed at the Wisconsin/adidas Invitational and ran a 19:43.1.
High School: Windt was a four-time letterwinner in both track and cross country at Whitnall High School...Named cross country captain as a junior and senior and was track captain her senior year.....Named cross country team MVP three consecutive years and the track team MVP her final two after capturing five total conference championships in cross country and track...Was a five-time state track qualifier between 2005-08, a three-time state cross country qualifier from 2005-07, and a two-time second team all-state cross country runner in 2005 and 2006 ...As a sophomore, helped the Falcons to a second place finish at sectionals and qualification for the state meet..Recognized as the 2008 Whitnall High School Best Female Athlete and 2008 Whitnall High School WIAA Scholar Athlete...Received the Women's Sports Advocates of Wisconsin Award of Excellence and the Wendy's Heisman Award.
