MU Arrives In Cleveland, Settles Into Team Headquarters

The Marquette University men's basketball team arrived in Cleveland Tuesday night at the team headquarters in time for a late dinner, film session and opportunity to watch a number of the games on television from the NIT and NCAA matchups.

Wednesday's Itinerary

9 a.m. - Study Hall
Two members of MU's academic staff guided the entire team through a variety of class assignments, a standard portion of a road trip with the squad.

10:30 a.m. - Breakfast

1 p.m. - Practice
Head coach Buzz Williams led a spirited 90-minute practice at Cleveland State's Wolstein Center. Marquette focused on the challenges Xavier poses at both ends of the court while also working on MU's offensive attack.

3:30 p.m. - Trip to mall/lunch

8:45 p.m. - Team Film/Scout

9 p.m. - Dinner

Thursday
Marquette will return to the Wolstein Center in the morning before participating in the NCAA's mandatory media sessions and open practice at Quicken Loans Arena. The Golden Eagles will be represented in the press conference by the four members of its senior class and head coach Buzz Williams.
