Travel With the Golden Eagles Over Thanksgiving

Spend the Thanksgiving holiday with the Marquette men's and women's basketball teams! The Golden Eagle men will be playing in the Old Spice Classic in Orlando, Fla., Nov. 26-29, while the women will be competing in the Caribbean Challenge in Cancun, Mexico Nov. 26-27.
Travel packages, which includes game tickets, will be sold exclusively through each tournament. Airfare is not included in either tournament's travel package.
The Old Spice Classic is a weekend-long affair at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort. Games will be played at the Milk House at Disney's Wide World of Sports® Complex. Lodging (minimum of four nights), game tickets, and round-trip game-day transportation to and from the hotel is included in the travel package. Fans also have the option of purchasing Disney theme park tickets and park hopper passes. Airfare is not included.
Along with Marquette, the men's eight-team field includes Alabama, Baylor, Creighton, Florida State, Iona, Michigan and Xavier. The 2009 Old Spice Classic, a bracket-format tournament, will feature 12 games in three days, Nov. 26-29. Each team will compete in one game per day, advancing through a bracket-tournament format. The two teams that remain undefeated throughout will face off in a championship match Sunday, Nov. 29.
The women's field for the the Caribbean Challenge includes Marquette, Arkansas, Cleveland State, Duke, Iona and Western Kentucky. The tournament schedule and pairings will be announced at a later date. Each team will play two games while in Cancun.
Guaranteed admission is only available through the purchase of the fan travel package. Travel packages for the Caribbean Challenge must be booked through Triple Crown Sports. Lodging accommodations will be at Moon Palace Resort in Cancun (minimum of four nights). Games will also be played on site at Moon Palace. Airfare is not included.
