The 2008-09 Marquette University men's basketball team was introduced to the local and regional press Thursday afternoon at the Al McGuire Center at the program's annual media day.

Nearly 50 members of the press from television, print, radio and online outlets were in attendance for a press conference by first-year head coach Buzz Williams and one-on-one interview sessions with the staff and players after the team photo.
