Jim McIlvaine To Attempt Prime Rib Challenge At Radio Show

Catch up with the latest news on the Marquette University men's basketball team through its weekly radio and television programs, as well as at official away game viewing parties.
On Tuesday, Dec. 18, former Marquette standout and radio analyst Jim McIlvaine will attempt to add his name to the wall of fame by eating 64 oz of prime rib during the live show. An accomplished eater, McIlvaine is already pictured on the wall of a local chili restaurant in Cincinnati.
The Marquette Basketball Hour with Buzz Williamsairs most Tuesday nights (including Dec. 18) from 6-7 p.m. CT live from Ward's House of Prime (corner of Mason/Jackson) on 540 ESPN. Steve "The Homer" True hosts the hour-long program, which feature the MU head coach along with other special guests. Golden Eagle fans are encouraged to attend, and the bar area features food and drink specials.

Inside Marquette Basketball with Buzz Williamsdebuts weekly at 5 p.m. CT on Sports32 on Wednesday nights and airs again at 10:30 p.m. CT. This week's show includes comments from Williams, along with a feature on the team's preseason boot camp.
Upper 90 Sports Pub (322 W State Street) is the official away game destination for Marquette fans to watch the Golden Eagles when they compete on the road. Milwaukee's first gastro sports pub will feature food and drink specials for all fans in attendance.
