2008-09 Season -- Haase set a BIG EAST Conference Championship record by closing with an eight-under-par 64 to help MU rally to a runner-up finish at Lake Jovitia Country Club. He tied for fifth place at five-under 211, his best finish of his career. Haase's first collegiate event was the Cardinal Intercollegiate where he tied for 18th place with a three-under 213. In nine tournaments, Haase recorded a stroke average of 74.48 and went under par in six of 27 rounds played. Haase was also part of a Golden Eagles squad that boasted a team scoring average of 290.03, an all-time low for the program.


2007-08 Season
-- Haase did not play in any collegiate events during his freshman season and instead earned red-shirt status. He advanced to the semifinal round of the WSGA Match Player Championship in June. Prior to the 2007-08 season, Haase was named 2007 Junior Boys Player of the Year by the Wisconsin Golfer magazine.

Prior to Marquette -- Haase was a four-year letterwinner at Medford Area High School in Medford, Wis. He helped lead his team to conference championships his freshman, junior, and senior years. He was the conference individual champion his junior and senior years and finished third at the Wisconsin State Golf Tournament, a team best. In 2007, he received All-State Golf Honors and was also the Wisconsin Junior PGA Section Player of the Year. His 36.5 nine-hole average his senior year was a school record.

Personal -- Haase was born April 16, 1989, in Medford. His parents are Michael and Rosalyn Haase. He has one older sister, Emily. He is a Business Administration major.
