2017-18: Won the 2018 BIG EAST Championship at Callawassie Island G.C. with a 2-under-par 214 (69-73-72), leading the tournament from wire-to-wire, to earn the league's automatic individual NCAA tournament bid... Made par or better in 44 of 54 holes at the championship, including a field-best 13 birdies... First player to be named BIG EAST Player and Freshman of the Year since USF's Chase Koepka in 2013... Earned First Team All-BIG EAST honors and finished second in the league in scoring average... Claimed his first collegiate career win with a 9-under-par (67-72-65--204) performance at the Par 71, 7,267-yard Price's Give 'Em Five Invitational at Butterfield Trail G.C. in El Paso, Texas; he finished the event with a bogey-free 6-under-par final round to jump five spots up the leaderboard and win by a stroke - earned BIG EAST Male Golfer of the Week honors (Oct. 26) for the win... Made eight birdies to shoot a career-low 7-under-par (65) in the second round of the Northern Intercollegiate at Rich Harvest Farms on the way to a 9-under-par 207 and a third place finish (71-65-71) in just his second career start; his tournament helped MU to a school-record 32-under-par finish and a team victory... Had a streak of five straight sub-par rounds from the final round of the season-opening Badger Invitational (Sept. 12) through the first round of the Marquette Intercollegiate at Erin Hills on Oct. 1 (71-71-65-71-71--11-under-par)... Claimed his second BIG EAST Male Golfer of the Week award (March 29) following a 5-under-par 211 at the Lake Charles Invitational to tie for fourth - he played the entire tournament under par and made 14 birdies in 54 holes... Finished tied for 25th (74-71-74--219, 3-over-par) in NCAA debut at the Bryan Regional (May 14-16), including a 1-under-par 71 in the second round that included one of the 10 eagles made in the regional at Traditions Club (Par 5 No. 8, 584 yards).

Amateur: Concluded the 2017-18 MU season ranked No. 529 in the World Amateur Golf Ranking (WAGR), No. 228 among American amateurs... Named 2016 Wisconsin PGA Junior Player of the Year after winning or finishing as runner-up in 21 of 27 events entered... Qualified for the first round of match play at the 69th U.S. Junior Amateur in July of 2016 after shooting a 1-under-par 143 at the Honors Course in Ooltewah, Tennessee... Finished second at the 2016 Wisconsin State Junior Championships... Set a Wisconsin Junior PGA record with a 62 in 2015 at Royal Scot G.C. in New Franken... Finished T-10 at the 116th Wisconsin State Amateur Championship in 2017... Shot a 1-under-par 36-hole 139 in US Amateur Open Qualifying at Watertown CC in July of 2017, three strokes off the qualifying pace.

High School: Attended Carney-Nadeau HS in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, which has an enrollment of only 90 students, K-12... Ranked third with a 3.86 GPA in his graduating class of 17... Is the only player in Michigan High School Athletic Association (MHSAA) history to win four boys golf individual state championships (UP Division 3 Championship)... Posted a scoring average of 68 in his senior season... Scored 1,068 career points for the Carney-Nadeau varsity basketball team and finished his career with 244 made 3-pointers, eighth most in MHSAA history... Averaged 23.1 points per game as a senior... Also participated in cross country.
