Lightning halted second round play just before 6 p.m. CT on Sunday - 11 of the 14 teams completed their second round, while MU, Michigan and Iowa fell just short.  The three teams will complete the second round at 7:30 a.m. on Monday morning before beginning final round play.

Marquette shot an opening round 293 and is 6-over-par with six total holes remaining in the second round to be played by Oliver Farrell and Henry Klongland.

Farrell is MU’s leader, tied for 18th and 1-over-par through 33 total holes.  His opening round 2-under-par 70 was the fourth round in his last five, dating back to the 2015-16 season, that he’s posted a par or better round.  Farrell and Matt Murlick (72-75) were under par in the first round; Garrett Loomis (78-71) is MU’s only player under par in second round.
