2018 Season (Jr.): Connolly started all 14 games at close defense as a junior, leading the squad with 17 caused turnovers and adding 22 ground balls  ... Picked up a ground ball and caused a turnover against then-No. 4 Ohio State (March 2) ... Was good for four caused turnovers and picked up two ground balls in the double-overtime loss against Bellarmine (March 4) ... Notched two ground balls and a pair of caused turnovers versus Robert Morris (March 10) ... Picked up two ground balls and caused two turnovers while playing Michigan (March 17) ... Responsible for two caused turnovers and two ground balls against No. 8 Villanova (March 31) ... Caused a turnover in the OT victory at St. John's (April 7) ... Collected one ground ball in a 10-8 win against Detroit (March 6) ... Snagged a career high two ground balls in a 13-5 victory (March 12) ... Caused one turnover in a 11-5 victory against Quinnipiac (March 19) ... Recorded one ground ball in a 11-3 win against No. 5/6 Villanova (April 2) ... Scored his first career goal at No. 1 Denver in the regular season finale (April 30).

Prior to Marquette:
Two-year letter winner at St. Paul’s School (Towson, Maryland) ...  Competed on the Under Armour Underclass Baltimore Team in 2014 ... Also excelled at volleyball in high school, garnering the 2015 George L. Mitchell ’44 Best Athlete Cup and being named Under Armour Underclass All-American in 2014.
