Prior to Marquette:
Earned four letters in lacrosse at Loyola Academy in suburban Chicago … Team captain his final two campaigns … Three-time first team all-state and all-conference defenseman … Earned second team all-conference honors as a freshman … Conference player of the year (Tony Lawless Award) as a senior … Most valuable player at Loyola as a senior and named top defensive player as a junior … Helped the Ramblers to a state championship in 2016 and runner-up appearances in 2014 and 2017 … Part of a defense at Loyola that limited opponents to an Illinois state high school record for goals allowed per game … Part of a BIG EAST squad that won the title at the 2017 Inside Lacrosse Committed Academy and included classmates Gabe Stein, Brendan Alt, Garrett Moya and Cade Stratton … Competed with the Midwest team at the Under Armour Underclass Championships in 2016 and for Team Illinois at the 2015 Brine event.
