CHICAGO -- Marquette departs Friday for a three-game road trip which begins Saturday at Jacksonville. Faceoff is set for noon Central time (1 p.m. ET) at D.B. Milne Field.

There will be live stats for Saturday's game at www.judolphins.com. Live video streaming will not be available. MU continues its road trip March 12 at Mercer followed by a March 16 match up at Saint Joseph's.

Marquette is coming of its first-ever win, an 8-6 decision at Air Force last Saturday. That same day, Jacksonville knocked off fellow first-year program High Point, 8-6, to claim its first win of the season following an 0-2 start.

Marquette topped Air Force 8-6 on March 2 at Falcon Stadium -- the second game of the Golden Eagles' 2013 inaugural season -- for the first win in the history of the MU men's lacrosse program. It also marked the first collegiate victory for rookie head coach Joe Amplo.

Redshirt junior attackman Bryan Badolato scored three goals, including the eventual game-winner late in the fourth quarter, and freshman goalie JJ Sagl made 14 saves as the Golden Eagles held off Air Force. Sagl made nine saves in the first half while holding the Falcons scoreless for the first 25 minutes. Freshman Kyle Whitlow pitched in two goals and classmate Conor Gately added three points on a goal and two assists.

The Dolphins opened the 2013 season with a 21-9 loss at No. 6 Duke before falling 9-6 to No. 19 Ohio State. Jacksonville earned its first victory of the campaign last Saturday when Ari Waffle tallied his fourth goal of the season with less than a minute remaining in a 9-8 home win over High Point.

Jacksonville enters Saturday's contest 1-0 at D.B. Milne Field and averages 12.67 goals per outing in three games played. The Dolphins are led offensively by TJ Kenary (8 points, 5 goals). Cameron Mann paces the defensive unit with nine ground balls and one caused turnover, while goalie Pete DeLuca has played 120:00 minutes with 22 saves and carries an 8.50 goals against average.
